By popular demand, The Grid Esports is staging our first MatchPlay in February 2021. MatchPlay is a hybrid league/tournament format that players of all levels will love. Lots of flexibility to schedule matches over the 3-week competition. Top teams and players can win some serious cash and prizes.
Rocket League 3v3
Mario Kart 1v1
Madden 1v1
Call of Duty Gunfight 2v2
Each team/player will complete 2 matches per week (6 matches total), scheduled anytime and in any order so opponents can arrange mutually acceptable game times. Points will be awarded for wins & ties with the top 2 competing on or about March 1st for the MatchPlay Cup. Deadline to enter is February 7th, competition starts on the 8th. This will be a safe, fun way to contend for the title without the crowds of a normal tournament. All matches are played in The GRID Esports, not online, with full health protocols for your safety.
